dc.description.abstractLucy Menzies was a close friend and disciple of the spiritual writer and scholar Evelyn Underhill, and an important spiritual writer in her own right. this is the first article to give an overview of Lucy's writing, and an analysis of her spiritual-biographical treatments of the tow most important medieval saints of her native Scotland, St Columba and St Margaret.
