Abstract
William Scheves (c. 1440–1497), Archbishop of St Andrews, marked his books with a distinctive ownership inscription that has allowed the identification of eleven manuscripts and twenty-eight incunabula from his library. This article identifies one further volume that belonged to this notable Scottish book collector. This is a fifteenth-century manuscript compilation of papal decretals and other works, now MS RB29 in the Russell Library at St Patrick’s College, Maynooth, Republic of Ireland.
