The Lean team work with teams within the University to increase organisational efficiency, and promote an ethos of continual improvement. Jenny Bremner, Quality and Planning Manager for Macquarie University Library in Australia, was invited to hear from four members of the University Library about their experience participating in Lean exercises.en_US
