dc.description.abstract | This report offers a distilled overview of the BIS Open Access Fund allocated to the University of St Andrews 2012-2013. The report includes an outline of APC transactions, APCs by publisher and OA subscriptions and memberships. The document also outlines the workflows needed to manage OA funds, and methods for reporting and monitoring uptake. The experience of managing the BIS fund has proven invaluable in helping the Library to administer the 2013/14 RCUK OA block grant. | en_US |
